General Plan Land Use
The 2015 General Plan designates most of the Granite Creek Corridor Area Plan area for commercial uses and medium to high density (five to 32 dwelling units per acre) development.
EXISTING LAND USE
Most of the commercial land within the planning area is developed, but the development does not incorporate the area adjacent to Granite Creek. Many developments have undeveloped frontage on Granite Creek that could be activated, but instead, use these areas for parking, storage, or other uses not oriented towards Granite Creek.
